At our hospitality consulting agency, we are driven by a passion for helping small businesses thrive in the competitive world of online travel. Our founder, Jake was frustrated by the fractured nature of the hospitality solutions market. He saw that while large corporations were able to afford large in-house technology teams, small and medium sized hotels were left trying to figure out what solutions they need. The market was full of marketing agencies that only do marketing, SEO who only do SEO, website builders, but nobody who could do them all and see how each one affects the other and finding someone who specializes in OTA optimization was practically impossible. Almost none were data driven, instead choosing the 'spay and pray' approach. There would charge small businesses with limited cash flow exorbitant prices for mediocre work. Something had to change.

Jake, who played a pivotal role at Booking.com developing their their ranking algorithms, brings a wealth of expertise and intimate knowledge to the table. He decided to start consulting independently owned hotels on how to boost their OTA rankings, review scores, minimizing commissions being paid, doing demographic analysis, price optimization, and promo selection. The need to balance all the different ways to increase a hotel's profit became crystal clear and yet, there was nobody on the market doing this. Along with his Data Science, coding, and analytic skills, he has brought together industry experts in website design, SEO, branding, marketing all under one roof to work together in order to truly optimize results while minimizing cost.
